1. About Methoda.
Methoda. is a productivity and planning application from Abstract Vision d.o.o. It helps users organize work by combining task selection, scheduling, and focus methodologies into configurable workflows.
Methoda. is a productivity aid. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
2. Using the application
You may use Methoda. for lawful personal or professional productivity purposes. You are responsible for the tasks, schedules, configurations, and other content you create in the application.
You must not misuse the application, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the application in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Free and paid functionality
Methoda. may provide core functionality free of charge and may also offer optional paid features, configuration packs, or other digital content. The price and scope of any paid item will be shown before purchase.
Purchases made through an app store are also subject to the store provider's payment, refund, and billing rules. Abstract Vision does not receive your full payment-card details from the app store.
4. Your data
Methoda. stores application data according to the current Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining any device backups you consider necessary.
Deleting the application or clearing its local storage may permanently remove locally stored Methoda. data that has not been backed up elsewhere.
5. Intellectual property
Methoda., its branding, software, interface, original content, and related intellectual property belong to Abstract Vision d.o.o. or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the application; they do not transfer ownership of the application or its intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the task text, notes, configurations, and other original content you create.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, add, remove, or discontinue features as Methoda. develops. We aim to keep the application reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
We may update these Terms when the application, its commercial model, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Methoda. is provided without guarantees that it will produce a particular productivity, planning, or performance result. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on schedules, tasks, reminders, focus sessions, or methodologies shown in the application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Abstract Vision d.o.o. in Croatia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence where those protections apply.
